Arcom takes note of the announcement by the Bouygues group to revoke its plan to acquire exclusive control of the Métropole Télévision group.
This decision, which puts an end to the proceedings before the Competition Authority, also puts an end to the ongoing investigation into the change of control of the M6 group's terrestrial services, which is currently before Arcom.
Against this backdrop, the AMF is continuing its work in preparation for the launch of the tender procedure for the termination of the TF1 and M6 channel licenses.
