Privacy Policy regarding user browsing tests on the arcom.fr website
The French regulatory authority for audiovisual and digital communication (Arcom), whose registered office is at Daum.n, 9 Rue Brahms, Paris 75131, processes personal data as part of user tests designed to improve its website, arcom.fr.
The legal basis for the processing is the consent of the data subject (Article 6(1)(a) of European Regulation 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR)).
The data processed are: personal data, including, where appropriate, sensitive data within the meaning of the GDPR, as follows: age, gender, marital status, employment status/professional sector, involvement in voluntary organisations, voice, and information relating to a specific learning difficulty (‘dys’) provided by the participant during the test, as well as any other data provided by the user during the user testing sessions.
The data collected as part of the user browsing test will be accessible only to Arcom staff whose duties require it, as well as to the service provider selected by Arcom to assist with the conduct of these user tests, which has been deemed to offer sufficient safeguards in terms of data protection (the company Akiani, which manages the project, its implementation and the reporting of the study).
User data will be retained for six months, after which it will be deleted or anonymised.
Participation in this browsing test is optional.
You may access your personal data, rectify it, or exercise your right to erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may also revoke your consent to the processing of your data at any time. Browse cnil.fr for further information on your rights.
