On October 6 and December 1, 2021, Arcom noted that France Inter had twice exceeded the maximum time authorized for each commercial sequence between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. by a few seconds.

It therefore demanded that the station ensure compliance with the provisions of article 44 of Radio France's schedule of conditions, which stipulates that " the maximum time devoted to the diffusion of advertising messages may not exceed one minute and thirty seconds for each sequence of advertising messages between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. ".
