Reopening of the April 6, 2022 call for FM applications in the Paris CTA area (decision of December 14, 2022)

On December 14, 2022, Arcom reopened the April 6, 2022 call for applications for the operation of terrestrial FM radio services within the jurisdiction of the Paris Comité Territorial de l'Audiovisuel.

If the applicant has already submitted an application in accordance with the procedures specified in decision no. 2022-199 of April 6, 2022:

• if the applicant does not wish to modify the list of zones covered by the application, it is not necessary to resubmit the zone selection form. The application will be processed on the basis of the zone selection form initially submitted;
• if he/she wishes to modify the list of areas covered by his/her application, he/she must complete the present area selection form in full, which will replace the area selection form in the initial application file, and submit it (along with any other additions) in accordance with the procedures set out in the decision of December 14, 2022.
