In view of the expiry on May 1, 2026 of the authorization granted to the BFM Normandie service, on Wednesday July 16 Arcom launched a summons to tender for the production of a local digital terrestrial television (DTT) service in the Rouen - Neufchâtel-en-Bray area.
Applications must be sent to the Authority by go paperless means, in strict compliance with the following proceedings:
- by September 18, 2025 at noon (12 p.m.), Paris time, at the latest, to avoid inadmissibility, the applicant must indicate by e-mail to aactnt@arcom.fr his intention to submit an application file;
- no later than September 25, 2025, noon (12 p.m.) Paris time, failing which the application will be declared inadmissible, the applicant must submit the complete application file in accordance with the proceedings specified by the Authority. Applications submitted may be modified, supplemented or replaced up to the same date.
