As part of the call for tenders launched on December 3, 2025 for the publication of FM radio services within the jurisdiction of the Rennes and Toulouse technical committees, Arcom decided on May 6, 2026 to add six new resources available respectively within the jurisdiction of Arcom Lille (four frequencies: Château-Thierry, Lille, Valenciennes and Arras zones) and Arcom Toulouse (two frequencies: Moissac and Montauban zones). This summon now concerns the Lille, Rennes and Toulouse technical committees.

Candidates who have already submitted an application in response to this call are not required to complete a new application, but may update their application at the time of the reopening. In this case, they are required to submit the updated information in accordance with the procedures and deadlines set out in the reopening decision. The deadline for submitting or updating applications is June 25, 2026.
