In order to allocate the resources that have become available since the launch of the last call, Arcom plans to launch a new supplementary call during the second quarter of 2026.

Since March 4, 2025, Arcom has inventoried fifty-nine radioelectric resources available on extended or local allocations (see attached list). The frequencies are available in 32 multiplexes within the jurisdiction of the Bordeaux, Caen, Clermont-Ferrand, Dijon, Marseille, Nancy, Paris, Poitiers, Rennes and Toulouse technical committees.

These resources come from partially unsuccessful calls (26 resources) and restitutions from operators (33 abrogations or lapses).

As was the case in 2025, the launch of this call could lead authorized DAB+ operators to seek to adapt their coverage, thereby making previously authorized radio resources available. However, modifying the list of available radio resources after the launch of the call would extend the duration of the call.

In order to limit the duration of the vacancy of these radio resources, Arcom is inviting authorized DAB+ operators who wish to adapt their strategy for resources already in use to come forward by April 16, 2026 at the latest, so that all unused resources, or those likely to become so, can be included in the future call for applications. Operators can send their questions on this subject to dabplus@arcom.fr.
