December 4, 2024 call for contributions prior to the launch of a general call for FM applications in the Arcom Nancy area: summary of responses

In application of the roadmap for general calls for applications for the 2021-2026 period adopted on December 16, 2020, the French regulatory authority for audiovisual and digital communication opened a call for contributions on December 4, 2024, prior to the launch of a call for FM applications in the jurisdiction of Arcom Nancy (former Alsace and Lorraine regions).
The purpose of the call for contributions was twofold:
- to determine the areas in which a search for new frequencies could be carried out
- to draw up an inventory of broadcasting authorizations and the radio landscape in the geographical area covered by the future general call for applications.
The deadline for contributions was January 16, 2025.
Arcom received responses from seventeen contributors, including sixteen players in the radio sector and one local councillor, as listed in the appendix.
