By letter dated March 15, 2024, Arcom received a request for approval of the takeover of Altice Média by the CMA CGM group.
Pursuant to the provisions of article 42-3 of the law of September 30, 1986, on May 22, 2024, the Autorité adopted a study of the impact, particularly economic, of this transaction. This study will be made public.
In accordance with these same schemes, the Authority will hear the applicants at a public hearing on June 6, 2024. It will interview third parties who so wish on June 4, 2024. Requests for hearings must be sent no later than noon on May 30, 2024 to the following address.
Third parties who so wish may send Arcom a written contribution by e-mail to the same address by June 10, 2024 at the latest.
