Public consultation and impact study prior to summon for local DAB+ applications n°10
In accordance with its roadmap, with a view to launching a summon for DAB+ applications in nineteen zones, and in the light of the provisions of articles 28-4 and 31 of the law of September 30, 1986, Arcom is launching a public consultation and impact study concerning the "DAB+" zones of Agen, Angoulême, Blois, Bourges, Châteauroux, Chaumont, Cherbourg-en-Cotentin, Épinal, Forbach, Mont-de-Marsan, Nevers, Niort, Saintes, Vesoul and Vichy.
The text of the public consultation gives a description of these areas and the coverage obligations envisaged. Stakeholders are also asked about the radioelectric resources under program constraint that could also be put out to tender.
Responses to the public consultation under article 28-4 and comments on the impact study carried out under article 31 must be sent to the Authority by June 29, 2023 at the latest :
- preferably by e-mail, with the subject line "Response to the public consultation prior to call number 10";
