Pursuant to its roadmap for general calls for applications for the 2021-2026 period adopted on December 16, 2020, Arcom opened a public consultation on October 27, 2022, prior to launching calls in the jurisdiction of the Antilles and Guyana CTA.

The purpose of this public consultation was twofold: firstly, to take stock of the economic situation of the radio markets in question, and secondly, to determine, with a view to drawing up the frequency plan, the areas where new frequencies would be sought.

Contributions were due by November 30, 2022.

The Authority received responses from ten players in the radio sector.
