In connection with the takeover by the Altice Médias group of A.Télé, manager of the local television service Alsace 20, shown on terrestrial hertzian channels in the Strasbourg and Mulhouse areas, Arcom has adopted a draft decision modifying the name of the service in the authorization decisions concerning it (decisions of November 25, 2008 for the Strasbourg and Mulhouse areas).
