Arcom has received a demand for a change of control of Altice Média in favor of the CMA CGM group.
After carrying out an impact study, made public on May 22, interviewing the parties to the transaction on June 6 and examining the written contributions of third parties, Arcom decided at its plenary meeting on June 27 to approve the transaction in the light of the commitments made by the purchaser.
