As part of the legal sanctions proceedings initiated on December 22, 2023 against RMC Découverte concerning the television service of the same name regarding compliance with its obligation, under article 3-1-1 of the agreement entered into on July 3, 2012, to show at least 75% documentaries each year, Arcom has decided to impose the financial penalty provided for in article 4-2-2 of the July 3, 2012 agreement on RMC Découverte, setting the amount of this penalty at 100,000 euros.
