Public consultation prior to the launch of DAB+ application summon no. 10: summary of contributions
Arcom plans to launch a DAB+ call for tenders for nineteen allocations, four extended and fifteen local, within the jurisdiction of the Bordeaux, Caen, Clermont-Ferrand, Dijon, Nancy and Poitiers CTAs.
On June 8, 2023, prior to launching this call for tenders and in application of articles 28-4 and 31 of the law of September 30, 1986, the Autorité published a public consultation, accompanied by an impact study, in order to gather comments from stakeholders. Responses were due by June 29, 2023.
44 contributors (including 31 service editors, 5 radio providers, 1 public office, 1 multiplex operator, 4 project developers, 2 unions or federations and one member of parliament: see appendix) replied in writing to the public consultation. In addition, one contributor asked to be interviewed by the Authority.
All contributors were in favor of launching the call for tenders.
