Arcom has adopted amendments to the agreements applicable to the TF1+, TF1+ PREMIUM and TFOUMAX on-demand audiovisual media services (SMAD), as well as an agreement relating to the TF1+ "À LA CARTE" service launched on September 1, 2025.

The amendments to the TF1+, TF1+ PREMIUM and TFOUMAX service agreements incorporate the agreement signed by the TF1 Group with audiovisuel professional organizations on June 6, 2025. They also make provision for strengthening program accessibility obligations for the TF1+ and TFOUMAX services.

For its part, the agreement relating to the TF1+ "À LA CARTE" service incorporates the commitments resulting from the aforementioned agreement, as well as, in particular, the stipulations specific to the obligations to exhibit and highlight European works and works of original French expression, where appropriate.
