The Prime Minister,
Having regard to the French Post and Telecommunications Code ;
Having regard to the amended law of September 30, 1986 on freedom of communication, in particular article 21;
Having regard to decree n° 2006-502 of May 3, 2006 creating the strategic committee for digital ;
Having regard to the opinion of the French Superior Audiovisual Council dated December 9, 2008;
Having regard to the opinion of the Digital Dividend Commission dated December 10, 2008;
Having regard to the opinion of the Autorité de régulation des communications électroniques et des postes dated December 2, 2008,

hereby decides :

Article 1
The attached national plan for the reuse of frequencies freed up by the end of analog diffusion (browse the Official Journal page),
is hereby adopted.
