The Minister of Culture and Communication,
Having regard to Act no. 86-1067 of 30 September 1986 on freedom of communication, in particular articles 27, 33 and 70 ;
Having regard to modified decree no. 90-66 of January 17, 1990, implementing law no. 86-1067 of September 30, 1986, and laying down the general principles governing the diffusion of cinematographic and audiovisual works by television service editors, in particular article 10,

hereby decides :

Article 1

For the application of II of Article 10 of the aforementioned decree of January 17, 1990, service editors must comply with the following conditions:

1° Annual expenditure contributing to the development of cinematic production may not be less than 10 million euros, nor concern fewer than ten works;

2° The annual number of cinematographic works whose diffusion begins on Saturdays after 10:30 p.m. must be between 15 and 25;

3° The long-running arthouse cinematographic works mentioned in 1° of II of article 10 of the aforementioned decree of January 17, 1990, whose theatrical release does not date back more than twenty years, are those which have achieved fewer than 600,000 admissions in French cinemas during their first year of operation.

Article 2

The Director of Media Development is responsible for the execution of the present order, which will be published in the Journal officiel de la République française.
