On October 27, 2021, the French Superior Audiovisual Council (French Superior Audiovisual Council) adopted a notice (downloadable below) in view of the consultation on New Caledonia's accession to full sovereignty.

This notice applies to all radio and television services shown in New Caledonia from November 1, 2021.

Pursuant to Decreeno. 2021-866 of June 30, 2021 on the convocation of voters and the organization of the consultation on the accession of New Caledonia to full sovereignty, the campaign for the consultation opens on Monday, November 29, 2021, at midnight, and closes on Friday, December 10, 2021, at midnight.

Prior to the consultation campaign, the present notice establishes a period running from Monday November 1, 2021 to Sunday November 28, 2021.
