Against a backdrop of profound and rapid changes in the balance of supply and demand in the audiovisual industry, marked by the arrival of new players, Arcom has updated its assessment of the impact of the illegal use of audio and video and sports-related contdnt on the French economy and public finances.

Arcom's assessment was presented at a press conference on Thursday November 28 at the Authority's headquarters, by Denis Rapone, member of the Arcom board and chairman of the "Protection of broadcasting rights on the Internet" working group.
