    The Digital Barometer is a sample survey that measures the adoption of digital equipment and uses in the French population.

    Jointly piloted by the French regulatory authority for audiovisual and digital communication (Arcom), the French regulatory authority for electronic communications, post and press distribution (Arcep), the Conseil Général de l'Economie (CGE) and the Agence Nationale de la Cohésion des Territoires (ANCT), and with the Centre de recherche pour l'étude et l'observation des conditions de vie (Crédoc), the Digital Barometer is a benchmark study of the diffusion of information and communication technologies in French society.

    Presentation of the Digital Barometer 2023

    The 2023 edition of the Digital Barometer was presented at a press conference at Arcep headquarters on Tuesday, May 14, 2024, in the presence of Arcom College member Benoît Loutrel, Crédoc director of studies and research Lucie Brice Mansencal, Arcep College member Xavier Merlin, CGE vice-president Luc Rousseau and ANCT project manager Thomas Macaluso.
