    The Digital Barometer is a sample survey that measures the adoption of digital equipment and uses in the French population.

    Jointly piloted by the French regulatory authority for audiovisual and digital communication (Arcom), the French regulatory authority for electronic communications, post and press distribution (Arcep), the Conseil Général de l'Economie (CGE) and the Agence Nationale de la Cohésion des Territoires (ANCT), and with the Centre de recherche pour l'étude et l'observation des conditions de vie (Crédoc), the Digital Barometer is a benchmark study of the diffusion of information and communication technologies in French society.

    Presentation of the Digital Barometer 2025

    The 2025 edition of the Digital Barometer was presented at a press conference on Wednesday March 19, 2025 at 5:15pm, at the Hôtel des ministres in Bercy, by Martin Ajdari, Chairman of Arcom, Benoît Loutrel, Arcom Advisor, Chairman of the "Online Platforms" working group, Laure de La Raudière, President of Arcep, in the presence of Clara Chappaz, Minister Delegate to the Minister of the Economy, Finance and Industrial and Digital Sovereignty, in charge of Artificial Intelligence and the Digital Economy.
