Contribution to the development of audiovisual production: quantitative data - Fiscal year 2020

For 2020, the declarations of 29 (twenty-nine) publishers or groups of publishers subject to audiovisual production contribution obligations have been examined by Arcom:

• eight declarations from groups pooling their commitments:

- France Télévisions ;

- TF1 (TF1, TFX, TF1 Séries Films, TMC, Histoire, TV Breizh and Ushuaïa TV);

- NRJ (NRJ 12 and Chérie 25) ;

- M6 (M6, W9, 6Ter, Paris Première, Teva, M6 Music) ;

- Gulli, Canal J, MCM, MCM Top, RFM TV, Tiji and La Chaîne du Père Noël;

- GCP (Canal+, Comédie+, Piwi+, Télétoon+, Planète+, Planète+ CI, Planète+ A&E, Seasons, Polar, CStar Hits France, Clique TV) ;

- AB (AB1, Auto Moto, Animaux, Chasse et Pêche, Mangas, Sciences et Vie TV, Toute l'Histoire, Trek);

- Game One - J One.

• a declaration from the OCS service group;
• twenty declarations from individual publishers:

- four free-to-air channels: C8, CStar, RMC Découverte, RMC Story ;

- sixteen pay-TV channels: 13ème Rue, Disney Channel, Melody, Melody d'Afrique, Men's Up, Mezzo, Museum TV, MyZen TV, NRJ Hits, Série Club, Trace Africa, Trace Caribbean (ex-Tropical), Trace Gospel (declared publisher), Trace Toca (declared publisher), Trace Urban, TV5 Monde.

The tables on the following pages provide a summary of the investments declared by these service editors under their 2020 obligations. The balance sheet for all these obligations was examined and approved by Arcom on March 30, 2022.
