Qualified Person's 2022 Activity Report

The qualified person checks the legality of requests to remove, block or delist online child pornography and terrorist content, issued by the PHAROS platform, and, where appropriate, recommends their removal.
The year 2022 saw the transfer of the function of qualified personality from the college of the French national data protectionagency (CNIL) to that of the French regulatory authority for audiovisual and digital communication(Arcom).
In this report, we have chosen to report on the work of two qualified personalities:
- Alexandre Linden, member of the college of the French national data protection agency.
- Laurence Pécaut-Rivolier, member of the Arcom college.
