Each year, Arcom draws up a report on compliance by France Médias Monde, the national programming company in charge of France's external audiovisual services, with the obligations set out in its specifications.
The programming obligations of public-sector audiovisual communication services are governed by law and by their specifications, which are government regulations.
This performance report for 2024 illustrates the means by which Radio France Internationale (RFI), France 24 and Monte Carlo Doualiya (MCD ) have endeavored to comply with the obligations set out in their specifications and, more generally, with the legislative and regulatory provisions applicable to them.
Arcom's report has been forwarded to the French National Assembly and French senate cultural affairs committees.
