Arcom's first study day will enable researchers in the humanities and social sciences to present and discuss their work on audiovisual and digital media with an audience of experts.

The research community conducts research that sheds light on the functioning of the audiovisual and digital industries, and on certain phenomena that can occur within them, such as the manipulation of information or online hate. The French regulatory authority for audiovisual and digital communication, Arcom, is therefore keen to follow and benefit from the contributions of scientific production on subjects within its remit.

In June 2022, Arcom published a summon for contributions from the scientific community, in order to select the work of researchers dealing with subjects related to its missions, and to organize the Authority's first study day.

On this occasion, humanities and social sciences researchers working in the field of audiovisual and digital creation and media will present their work at Arcom headquarters in Paris on Thursday, November 17. You can follow the presentations live on the Arcom website.
