Demand for approval of the acquisition of exclusive control of the Altice Médias group by the CMA-CGM group: Publication of the impact study

In a letter dated March 15, 2024, the French regulatory authority for audiovisual and digital communication received a request for approval of the takeover of Altice Média by the CMA CGM Group.

Pursuant to the provisions of article 42-3 of the law of September 30, 1986, the Autorité has today adopted an impact study, notably economic, relating to this transaction. It is making this study public.

In accordance with these same schemes, the Authority will hear the applicants at a public hearing on June 6, 2024. It will interview third parties who so wish on June 4, 2024. Requests for hearings must be sent no later than noon on May 30, 2024 to the following address.

Third parties who so wish may send Arcom a written contribution by June 10, 2024 at the latest, by e-mail to the same address.
