Invitation to tender for a local television service in the Saint-Étienne area

In view of the November 30, 2023 expiry of the authorization granted to the Télévision Loire 7 (TL7) service, the French regulatory authority for audiovisual and digital communication is today issuing a call for applications for the production of a local digital terrestrial television (DTT) service in the Saint-Étienne area.
Applications must be sent to the Authority by go paperless means, in strict compliance with the following proceedings:
- by July 13, 2023 at noon (12 p.m.), Paris time, at the latest, under penalty of inadmissibility, the applicant must indicate by e-mail his or her intention to submit an application ;
- no later than July 20, 2023, noon (12 p.m.) Paris time, failing which the application will be inadmissible. The applicant must submit the complete application file in accordance with the proceedings specified by the Authority. Applications submitted may be modified, supplemented or replaced up to the same date.
Any application submitted in disregard of the proceedings detailed in the call texts will be declared inadmissible.
