As of June 6, 2025, the Canal plus Group will cease broadcasting its four pay-TV channels on digital terrestrial television (DTT), making available radioelectric resources that could be allocated to audiovisuel services.

In this context, in accordance with the law of September 30, 1986 and the Conseil d'Etat's decision of February 19, 2025, the Authority is launching a public consultation on the use of radioelectric resources allocated to the diffusion of terrestrial television services in mainland France.

Contributions must be sent to the French regulatory authority for audiovisual and digital communication by June 13, 2025 at the latest.

Contributions may be published. Contributors are therefore expressly invited to send the Authority two versions of their response: a confidential version and a public version, omitting elements considered confidential or business secrets.
