The French regulatory authority for audiovisual and digital communication (Arcom), whose registered office is located at Daum.n, 9 Rue Brahms, Paris 75131, processes personal data as part of user tests designed to improve its website, arcom.fr.

The legal basis for the processing is the consent of the data subject (Article 6(1)(a) of European Regulation 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR)).

The data processed are: personal data, including, where appropriate, sensitive data within the meaning of the GDPR, as provided in the open fields.

The data collected via the form as part of the user test will be accessible only to Arcom staff whose duties require it and will be retained for six months, after which it will be deleted or anonymised.

Participation in the study is voluntary.

You may access your personal data, rectify it, or exercise your right to erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may also revoke your consent to the processing of your data at any time. Browse cnil.fr for further information on your rights.
