As part of the public consultation launched by the Minister of Culture and the Minister Delegate in charge of Sports on modernising the list of events of major importance (EIM), Arcom intends to make the following observations, which do not prejudge the content of the opinion it will issue on the draft decree resulting from this consultation in application of article 9 of the law of September 30, 1986 on freedom of communication.
