On November 22, 2023, Arcom decided to reopen the May 31, 2023 call for FM applications within the jurisdiction of the Marseille audiovisuel territorial committee (Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region) in order, on the one hand, revoke from the list of available frequencies 6 frequencies that the Authority allocated on November 8, 2023 to the national program company Radio France following the Government's priority reservation demand, and add the frequencies 102.4 MHz at La Brigue and 97.5 MHz at Fos-sur-Mer.

The deadline for applications is January 11, 2024.

Applicants who have already submitted a file as part of this call for applications are not required to fill out a new file, but may update their file on the occasion of this reopening if they so wish. In this case, they must send their updated application to the Marseille CTA, in accordance with the procedures and deadlines set out in the reopening decision.
