Arcom has published the 2026 edition of its study on audio and video trends in France, which analyzes equipment, modes of access to audiovisual content and audience usage.

This year, we focused on YouTube consumption on connected TV sets(smart tv), particularly among the under-35s, to better understand the new uses associated with TV sets and the convergence of content on this equipment.

How are modes of access to audio and video content evolving, particularly on video platforms? What practices are developing on different media? What content is preferred by type of service?

In a multi-equipped, multi-connected environment, Arcom's study analyzes the changing ways in which the French access audiovisual content.
