Arcom publishes a report on the contribution of on-demand audiovisual media services (ADMS) to the production of audiovisual and/or cinematic works, for the year 2024.
For fiscal year 2024, the declarations of fourteen on-demand television and audiovisual media services or groupings subject to the law's contribution to cinematic production obligations were examined, as were the declarations of nineteen on-demand television and audiovisual media services or groupings subject to the law's contribution to cinematic production obligations. The balance sheets of these publishers were examined and approved by Arcom on November 5, 2025.
In total, more than €1.61 billion was withheld from production contribution obligations in 2024.
