For fiscal 2020, Arcom examined the declarations of 21 services or groups of services subject to the law on contributions to cinematic production.
For fiscal 2020, the declarations of 21 services or groups of services subject to the law on contributions to cinematic production were examined:
Seventeen non-theatrical services:
- fifteen free DTT services: TF1, TMC, TFX, TF1 Séries Films, France 2, France 3, France 4, M6, W9, 6Ter, Gulli, NRJ 12, Chérie 25, C8 and CStar;
- a DTT pay service : Paris Première ;
- a Cab/Sat service: TV5 Monde.
Four cinema services or groups of services:
- one pay DTT service : Canal + ;
- three Cab/Sat. Ciné+, OCS and AB Cinéma.
The following tables provide a summary of the investments declared by these service editors under their 2020 obligations. The balance sheet for all these obligations was examined and approved by the French Superior Audiovisual Council in several stages, on July 28, 2021, October 20, 2021 and December 15, 2021, then by the French regulatory authority for audiovisual and digital communication on February 16, 2022.
