On Tuesday July 5, Arcom hosted a meeting with representatives of interested third parties at the AMF headquarters in Paris, with an audio webcast on the AMF website.

The authorization granted to Canal+, the national program of the Canal+ television service, for its diffusion on digital terrestrial television (DTT) expires on December 5, 2023. Pursuant to the provisions of article 28-1 of the law of September 30, 1986, on June 1, 2022 Arcom adopted the decision to use the proceedings for renewal of this authorization without a call for applications. The publisher's representatives were heard at a public hearing on June 30, 2022.

In accordance with the law, the Autorité will hold public hearings with representatives of interested third parties who have made a request before June 20, 2022. The hearings of the representatives of interested third parties will take place on Tuesday July 5, 2022, at the headquarters of Arcom 39-43 quai André Citroën, 75015 Paris, and are broadcast below in audio format.
