    The Arcom study, carried out with the IFOP Institute, explores four dimensions of radio:

    • the uses of radio
    • the practical, service and societal functions of radio
    • proximity and trust in the radio medium
    • the role of radio in times of crisis

    Radio enjoys a high level of user confidence. A very large majority of listeners (83%) trust the information shown on the station.
