Professionals: find and save DTT channels

The technical operation carried out on the DTT network during the night of June 5 to 6, 2025 does not summon any changes to television reception equipment. All that is required to update the entire DTT supply is to search for and memorize channels on the TV set. In almost all cases, this search and memorization is expected to be carried out automatically by the receiver, during the night, or to be automatically proposed to the user when the television is switched on on the morning of June 6, 2025. However, the following procedure can be used to trigger it on the viewer's initiative.

To do a search and memorize channels on your TV, follow these instructions:

1. Switch on your TV.
2. On your remote control, press the "Menu" or "Home" button to access your TV's main menu.
3. Access the "Configuration" or "Channel Settings" menu.
4. Select the "Channel Search" function, which can also be summoned "Channel Installation" or "Add Channels".
5. Then select the "Reinstall all channels" option, followed by "Automatic search". (Manual search is not recommended). Follow the on-screen instructions. You may be asked for your password. If so, enter it and continue. If you don't know it, enter 1234, 0000, 1111, 8888 or 9999 (the reset password is normally created when your receiver is first installed, or is indicated in your manual).
6. Wait for the operation to finish. The channel search and memorization process may take several minutes.
7. Once the search is complete, use the "Exit", "Menu" or "TV" buttons to return to the DTT channels.
8. Check for the presence of channels: TF1 in 1, France 4 in 4, BFMTV in 13, LCI in 15, etc.

DTT channels should be updated automatically, without any action on your part. As of June 6, 2025, check the presence of channels: TF1 in 1, France 4 in 4, BFMTV in 13, etc.

If you're missing channels, specific proceedings may be implemented by each ISP. Where appropriate, visit your ISP's website.

All that's required to update the entire supply is to search for and memorize channels on the TV set. Depending on the equipment used, the supply received and the strategy adopted by the associated distributor, where appropriate, the new service plan could be implemented automatically and without any intervention on the part of the user, apart from a possible validation of this search and memorization procedure.

If you still need to manually do a search and save channels on your TV, please follow the instructions below:

1. Switch on your TV set with satellite decoding module, or satellite decoder.
2. On your remote control, press the "Menu" or "Home" button to access the main menu of your TV set integrating satellite reception, or satellite decoder if not.
3. Go to the "Configuration" or "Channel settings" menu.
4. Select the "Channel Search" function, which can also be summoned "Channel Installation" or "Add Channels".
5. Then select the "Reinstall all channels" option, followed by "Automatic search". (Manual search is not recommended). Follow the on-screen instructions. You may be asked for your password.
