On June 6, 2025, a new numbering system for digital terrestrial television (DTT) channels will be introduced and transferred to other distribution channels (broadband, fiber, satellite, cable, etc.). To receive the entire supply on receivers (TV sets, adapters, boxes, etc.) directly connected to DTT with effect from this date, you will need to search for and memorize DTT channels.

Collective supply schemes (community transmitters, distribution networks in hotels, hospitals, prisons, housing estates, etc.) using DTT norms from a satellite source (TNTSAT, FRANSAT in particular) may also demand a similar technical operation, or an update of their configuration in order to continue to show the entire supply to users; users will then have to search for and memorize channels on their TV sets once this reconfiguration has been carried out.

Antennists, local councillors, local authorities, associations, manufacturers, retailers, building and apartment managers, etc. In order to update all TV channel locations, a "rescan" or channel search and memorization process is required.
