The French regulatory authority for audiovisual and digital communication;

Having regard to Organic Law No. 99-209 of 19 March 1999 relating to New Caledonia;

Having regard to Organic Law No. 2025-1055 of 6 November 2025 aimed at postponing the general renewal of the members of the Congress and Provincial Assemblies of New Caledonia in order to allow for the continuation of discussions with a view to reaching a consensual agreement on the institutional future of New Caledonia;

Having regard to the Electoral Code, in particular Article L. 404 thereof;

Having regard to Law No. 86-1067 of 30 September 1986, as amended, on freedom of communication, in particular Article 16 thereof;

Having regard to Decree No. 2026-416 of 29 May 2026 convening voters for the full renewal of the members of the Congress and Provincial Assemblies of New Caledonia;

Having regard to Decision No. 2026-256 of 27 May 2026 on the conditions for the production, scheduling and diffusion of programmes for the official audiovisual campaign for the election of members of the Congress and Provincial Assemblies of New Caledonia;

Having regard to Order No. 2026-46 of 9 June 2026 of the High Commissioner of the Republic in New-Calédonie establishing the list of candidates for the election of members of the Congress and Provincial Assemblies on 28 June 2026;

Having regard to Order No. 2026-47 of 11 June 2026 of the High Commissioner of the Republic in New-Caledonia establishing the list of candidates for the election of members of the Congress and the Provincial Assemblies on 28 June 2026;

Having regard to Decision No. 2026-269 of 12 June 2026 establishing the number and duration of broadcasts for the official audiovisual campaign for the election of members of the Congress and Provincial Assemblies of New Caledonia on 28 June 2026;

Having regard to the results of the draw held on Friday 12 June 2026 at the headquarters of the French regulatory authority for audiovisual and digital communication;

Having deliberated,

Decides:

Article 1 – The programmes of the official audiovisual campaign shall be broadcast on the radio and television services of Nouvelle-Calédonie La 1ère on the dates set out in the tables attached to this decision.

Article 2 – This decision shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic and in the Official Journal of New Caledonia.
