Call for applications

Arcom issues broadcasting authorizations to private television and radio stations shown on terrestrial (DTT) networks, following a competitive bidding procedure.

The public sector has priority access to all resources needed to fulfill its mission, as defined by decree and within the framework of a public service.

The private sector, on the other hand, must submit to calls for tenders. Public consultation is mandatory before any call is launched.
