The regulator integrates the main international SMADs into the French creative financing scheme

Arcom has contracted and notified the obligations of the main SMADs established in other European Union Member States and offering their cinema and audiovisuel supplies on the French market.

Fight agains sports piracy

Arcom is committed to fighting sports piracy, and in particular the unlawful live webcasting of sports competitions. Since January 2022, some 250 unlawful sites broadcasting sports competitions have been blocked.

Platforms have obligations in terms of means and transparency in the fight against online hate, and face legal sanctions from Arcom if they fail to comply.
