Decisions

The college meets in plenary session on Wednesdays, sometimes more if necessary. The chairman and members of the French regulatory authority for audiovisual and digital communication (Arcom) give rulings on all cases requiring a decision from Arcom. The Authority's deliberations, opinions, notices, legal sanctions, etc. are thus adopted by all advisors.

Arcom can take up a subject if it wishes to examine an issue linked to its activities and its role as regulator. Alerts received from viewers and listeners are also examined. The topics discussed reflect the diversity of Arcom's activities.
