Arcom 2023 annual report
Summary
Arcom's report was adopted by the Authority's college at its meeting on May 2, 2024, pursuant to article 18 of the law of September 30, 1986 and article 21 of the law of January 20, 2017.
This document, submitted annually to Parliament and the Government, is a means of assessing the Authority's action and its legal environment. It is publicly presented to the French National Assembly and French senate cultural affairs committees.
Arcom's annual report is accessible to people with disabilities and complies with PDF/UA norms.

Arcom 2023-2025 strategic project
Building tomorrow's audiovisuel and digital regulation.
After demonstrating its ability to transform audiovisuel and digital regulation in 2022, Arcom has adopted a strategic project and is sharing its 2023-2025 priorities with the public.
The Authority's project has four main objectives:
- always better protect audiences
- support the transformations of the audiovisual and digital industries
- participate in the construction of European regulation
- continue to modernised its operations.
